This Mortgage is the perfect option for the first time home buyer. The unique features of this loan are: 

• Borrow up to 95% of the home’s value with no mortgage insurance added to your payment.
• Available for the purchase or refinance of your primary residence only
• Available for mortgage amounts $50,000 to $200,000
• Gift funds may be part of the down payment on your new home purchase.
• Your low rate will be fixed for the first 10 years of your loan
• No cash-out allowed

Home Purchase Bridge Loan
This loan is a Home Equity Loan that is offered with your choice of a Genisys Credit Union mortgage.

• Allows you to close on a new home prior to the sale of a current home
• Gives you 6 months to sell your home
• Use 90% of your equity towards your new purchase
• Low rates and fees.  Rates are set at 0.50% above our Home Equity  Line of Credit rate.
• Quick processing. Apply using our Home Equity Application.

SPECIAL 7/1 Adjustable Rate Mortgage (ARM)
A great choice for a purchase or refinance of your home.  Borrow up to the following loan-to-value limits:

• No cash out refinance or purchase – borrow up to 90% of your home’s value with no mortgage insurance
• Cash out refinance or jumbo loans – borrow up to 80% of your home’s value
• Available for mortgage amounts up to $500,000
• The low initial rate will be fixed for the first 7 years of your loan and may adjust within limits annually after the initial period. 
  
   

SPECIAL 5/5 Adjustable Rate Mortgage (ARM)
Available for purchases or home refinance.  Borrow up to the following loan-to-value limits:

• No cash out refinance or purchase – borrow up to 90% of your home’s value with no mortgage insurance
• Cash out refinance or jumbo loans – borrow up to 80% of your home’s value
• Available for mortgage amounts up to $500,000
• Your low initial rate will be fixed for the first 5 years of your loan and may adjust every 5 years
