Debit Mastercard®

If your Debit Mastercard® is lost or stolen, please contact Genisys as soon as possible. You may call 248-322-9800 ext. 1265, e-mail, use our online chat service, or visit any Genisys branch location.

  • If you need to report your lost or stolen debit card after business hours, you may call 888-241-2510 in the U.S. or 1-909-941-1398 outside the U.S. Please follow up with Genisys the next business day.
  • If you have been notified by our Fraud Prevention Team or will be traveling out of the country, please call - 1-888-241-2440. Learn more about fraud prevention.

If you credit card is serviced by Genisys Credit Union (you receive a statement included with your other credit union accounts)

  • If you need to report your lost or stolen credit card after business hours, you may call 888-241-2510 in the U.S. or 1-909-941-1398 outside the U.S. Please follow up with Genisys the next business day.
  • If you have been notified by our Fraud Prevention Team or will be traveling out of the country, please call - 1-888-241-2440.  Learn more about fraud prevention.

If your credit card is serviced by Elan Financial Services (you receive a statement for this separate from your other credit union accounts)

  • Please call 800-558-3424 as soon as possible.
