Whether you're interested in becoming a member or need to find a loan application or direct deposit form, we have everything you need in one convenient location. Please complete the appropriate form below to provide us with the information we need to get started.
Completed Genisys Credit Union forms and applications can be returned to your nearest branch or mailed to us. If mailing, please include your initial deposit of at least $5.

Become a Member
To become a Genisys Credit Union member, you can open an account online. You can also download a Membership Application and mail it to the address above to join Genisys Credit Union. If mailing, please include your initial deposit of at least $5.
