Demonstrating top-performance in growth, financial stability, and member value, Genisys Credit Union received the Crystal Performance Award by Raddon Financial Group, a Fiserv Company. With more than 500 credit unions evaluated, this distinction places Genisys among the top three percent of credit unions nationwide. This is the fourth time the credit union has been awarded and the third consecutive year.

Each year, credit unions are evaluated through Raddon’s Performance Analytics Program. The program is a data-driven analysis of performance metrics focused on service, member relationships, financial strength, sales, and more. 

Serving nearly 300,000 members across Michigan and Minnesota, the credit union believes that banking is about more than transactions; it fosters growth, creates opportunities, and helps individuals achieve their financial goals. In 2024 alone, Genisys paid members over $61 million in savings dividends, reflecting their commitment to financial well-being through low loan rates, high deposit rates, and minimal fees.
