Physical Security

Our servers are housed in a state-of-the-art secure server room with access given only to authorized personnel. Access to the server room is electronically recorded and strict policies are in place to monitor all entries and exits. A gas generator backs up all of our servers, in the event the facility loses power.

All member and financial data stored at any Genisys® location, or on any Genisys® equipment is protected by lock and key, combination lock, or strict authentication processes. Only authorized Genisys® personnel has access to these locations and equipment.
