What should I do if I lose my debit card?
If your Debit Mastercard® is lost or stolen, please contact Genisys as soon as possible. You may call 248-322-9800 ext. 1265, e-mail, use our online chat service or visit any Genisys Credit Union location.
If you need to report your lost or stolen card after business hours, you may call 888-241-2510 in the U.S. or 1-909-941-1398 outside the U.S. Please follow up with Genisys the next business day.

Once your card has been reported as lost/stolen, the card will be closed down to prevent unauthorized transactions and a new card will be issued to you. If you are located near an instant issue branch you will be able to go to one of those locations for a new card and to set up your PIN number.
If you are not located near an instant issue branch, your debit card will arrive by mail in approximately 7 – 10 business days. It is possible to rush your card for a nominal fee, and a Financial Service Representative will be able to assist you with that request. Any new card that is sent via mail will also have the PIN number sent via mail as well. Be sure to watch for both pieces of mail, for security purposes, they are not in the same envelope or at the same time.
