How long will it take to get a debit card after I open it?
Depending on the branch where you opened your debit card, you may have the benefit of receiving instant issue debit cards. If you receive an instant issue debit card, you will select the PIN number at that time.
If you are not located near an instant issue branch, your debit card will arrive by mail in approximately
7 – 10 business days. It is possible to rush your card for a nominal fee, and a Financial Service Representative will be able to assist you with that request. Any new card that is sent via mail will also have the PIN number sent via mail as well. Be sure to watch for both pieces of mail, for security purposes, they are not in the same envelope or at the same time.
