We have been made aware of a text and phone call spoofing scam that may be reaching our members.

We want to remind everyone that Genisys will NEVER reach out to you to verify personal and account information, PINs and passwords in a text message, phone call, or email. 

A sample of the text message looks like this:

Do not reply to an email, click a link, or call a phone number that may be including in any of these messages.

Please call the credit union as soon as possible if you receive any of these types of communications.
