“Truth be told, I love Genisys because they know me by name and make me feel like a person...not someone with money and an account number. We just got home and auto insurance through Genisys and are planning to get 401(k) and health benefits through Genisys as well. No stupid bank fees to deal with and my account was recently charged fraudulently (or at least attempted). When I went through this issue years ago with a bank, they charged me insane amounts of fees that I hadn't accumulated. Genisys helped me by sending me a new card and they automatically removed charges without me needing to ask. In fact, I didn't notice fraudulent charges until they called and sent a letter. I LOVE GENISYS!”

“I accidentally used my personal debit card to fuel the company vehicle instead of the fuel card they provided. It was for over 150 gallons of diesel. I did not catch my mistake. My credit union did, and they called me to inquire about this unusual purchase. My company reimbursed me, but had it not been for Genisys' eagle eye, I might not have discovered it until payments started bouncing.”

“I love the exceptional member service at Genisys! When I opened my account and car loan a year ago, the Avon branch in Rochester Hills was so extremely helpful! I can email them with a question still and they respond so quickly and take care of whatever I need! They remember my name when I go in there and ask about my kids.
