Kicking off the event, on Friday night, will be an Introduction of 2015 Utica Ice Festival Youth Ambassadors Ceremony Honoring Utica Schools DECA Students for their Academic and Community Achievements. Immediately following the introduction will be a special Fireworks Spectacular. The weekend festivities will also feature carriage rides, DJ/dancing, ice sculptures and an ice carving contest all centered on the theme “The Wide World of Sports”.
