At this time, our lobbies remain open and ready to serve you, however it is imperative and mandatory to observe the following rules, which are guidelines provided by the CDC, as well as mandates issued by the state and local health departments.
Please do not visit a branch if you have symptoms of COVID-19, have recently been exposed to someone who has tested positive, or if you are awaiting your own test results for COVID-19. In these cases, please use one of our many remote services.
Face coverings are required to enter our lobbies. Your face covering must cover your nose and mouth. Per the state mandate, we may ask you to briefly lower your mask for identification to avoid fraud and ensure security.
In order to help reduce the number of people in our branches, please limit your party to only members who are relevant to your transaction.
Please observe social distancing by standing at the noted six-foot separation markers.
For your safety and our teams safety, please keep the plastic shields provided between you and our team at all times. Please do not attempt to move shields or move around them during your transaction.
