
MARK CHURAY
Chairperson
Mark Churay, a graduate of GMI and Oakland University, is the Manager of ISO 9001 for General Motors North America at GM’s Warren Technical Center. He has been a member of the Credit Union since 1990. He served as a member of the Supervisory Committee from 2000 until 2006. Mr. Churay was appointed to the Board of Directors in 2005 and currently serves as Chairperson.
THOMAS HEALY
Vice Chairperson
Thomas Healy received his Degree in Accounting from Michigan State University. He is currently employed by AT&T Solutions as a Sales Director. Mr. Healy has been a member of the credit union for over 30 years. He was a member of the Supervisory Committee from 2000-2005, before being elected to the Board of Directors in 2005.
DAVID STOLK
Treasurer
David Stolk retired from General Motors as Project Specialist in the Service Department at General Motors Service Parts Operation. He is a 1974 graduate of General Motors Institute. He has been a member of the Credit Union since 1981. Mr. Stolk served as a Supervisory Committee Member from 1992 until 1998. He was elected to the Board of Directors in 1994 where he currently serves.
GREGORY MELEGA
Secretary
Gregory Melega, a graduate of John Carroll University, is the Manager of Capital Analysis for General Motors North America Product Development located at the Warren Technical Center. He has been a member of the Credit Union since 1982. Mr. Melega served as a Supervisory Committee Member from 1992 until 1994. He was then elected to the Board for Directors where he currently serves.
PETER DEVITA
Director
Peter DeVita retired from General Motors Truck Product Center where he was a Quality Network Representative. He has been a member of the Credit Union since 1979. Mr. DeVita served as a Supervisory Committee Member from 1998 until 2005. He was then appointed to the Board of Directors where he currently serves.
ROBERT GRACELY
Director
Robert Gracely received his degree in Accounting from Bowling Green University. Mr. Gracely went on to receive his certification in Personal Financial Planning from Oakland University and is currently employed as a licensed Certified Financial Planner. He has been a member of the credit union for over 35 years, and was most recently appointed to the Supervisory Committee in 1993. Mr. Gracely was elected to the Board of Directors in 2000 where he currently serves.
KATHLEEN KALIS
Director
Kathleen Kalis, an MBA graduate of Wayne State University, is a Product Programs Financial Analyst for General Motors North America Product Development. She has been a member of the Credit Union since 1990. Mrs. Kalis served as a Supervisory Committee Member from 1994 until 2004. She was elected to the Board of Directors in 1999 where she currently serves.
JOHN SCHULTE
Director
John Schulte attended Walsh College, and received his Real Estate Alumni of Michigan certification from the University of Michigan. Mr. Schulte has been a member of the credit union in excess of 35 years, and served on the Supervisory Committee in 1987. He was elected to the Board of Directors in 1988. Mr. Schulte has been very active in the credit union movement, having received multiple awards through the CUNA Volunteer Achievement Program. He remains active in the local community as a Realtor and Real Estate Consultant.
PATRICK SHAFFER
Director
Patrick Shaffer, a graduate of Central Michigan University, is a Manager of Retail and Fleet Incentives at General Motors Renaissance Center. He has been a member of the Credit Union since 1984. Mr. Shaffer served as a Supervisory Committee Member from 1991 until 1994. He was then elected to the Board of Directors where he currently serves.
GARY WALLEN
Director
Gary Wallen received his Masters Degree in Finance from Wayne State University. Mr. Wallen has been a member of the credit union in excess of 30 years, having served three years on the Supervisory Committee before being elected to the Board of Directors 1997, where he currently serves. Mr. Wallen, prior to retirement in 2009, was employed by Unisys Corp as Vice President & General Manager, Payment Systems Division. Mr. Wallen has been very active in the credit union movement, having received multiple awards through the CUNA Volunteer Achievement Program.
BRIAN ZABOWSKI
Director
Brian Zabowski served in the United States Air Force from 1968-1972. After returning to civilian life, he received a Bachelor of Science Degree from Lawrence Technological University in the field of Industrial Management. Mr. Zabowksi is currently employed by Unisys Corporation as a Client Infrastructure Engineer. Mr. Zabowski has been a member of the credit union since 1975. He was a member of the Supervisory Committee from 2001-2005, and was elected to the Board of Directors in 2004.
GLENN E. VOORHESS
Supervisory Committee Chairperson
Glenn Voorhess received his Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Northwood University, and has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. Mr. Voorhess is very active in the Mt. Clemens community, and serves as Chairman on the City Employees Retirement Board and as a member of the Tax Board of Review. Mr. Voorhess has been a member of the credit union for over 15 years, and has served on the Supervisory Committee for 10 of those years.

Steve Branch, a graduate of University of Michigan-Flint is the Manager of North American Project Control at GM’s Warren Technical Center. He has been a member of the Credit Union since 1991. Mr. Branch was appointed as a member of the Supervisory Committee in 2005 where he currently serves.
DEBRA EHRMANN
Supervisory Committee Vice Chair & Secretary
Debra Ehrmann has been Chairperson of The Oakland Coalition of Hispanic Service Agencies for several years and is considered a leader in the Hispanic Community. Mrs. Ehrmann was appointed by Governor Granholm to the Commission on Spanish Speaking Affairs where she currently serves. Mrs. Ehrmann attended Wayne State University and worked as a Senior Staff Representative and Catastrophic Specialist for a National Insurance Company. She was appointed by the Board of Directors to serve on the Supervisory Committee, where she has served since 2006.

Barbara Pasciolla is a graduate of University of Michigan and is employed by Unisys Corporation as a Senior Manager of Global Exhibits and Event Marketing. Ms. Pasciolla has been a member of the credit union for over 30 years. Ms. Pasciolla has been very active in the credit union movement, having received multiple awards through the CUNA Volunteer Achievement Program. She was appointed to the Supervisory Committee in 1995, where she currently serves.
